Works as Described

The curling iron does work as described. It does produce beautiful ringlets. There is a steep learning curve with this is awkward at first and does take a lot of practice. This works very good on my hair and I get perfect ringlets. My daughter has very thick hair and has a harder time getting ringlets but she does get beautiful waves. My daughter dropped this and it fell about 3 feet to the ground and it did break off part of the wand, it was totally her fault and not the companies but I was surprised at the break. It is still usable and she has added it to her routine when she does her hair.

I think a true rating on this would be 4.5. I would give it a 5-star except I wish it was a little thicker plastic or made to wear it didn't break during a drop like the one she had.
