Garlic Press and Peeler Set

I enjoyed using my new garlic press and peeler to prepare some garlic for a Chinese stir fry sauce tonight. The lemon shaped peeler worked great to quickly peel the garlic with little effort on my part.

The press is made with quality materials and feels quite sturdy. I love the polished look of the handles. It is made of all stainless steel. I was able to press my garlic to a minced consistency fast and easily.

Clean up of these tools was simple. I dumped the peelings out of the peeler and ran water to rinse it out. The press has a removable piece where the garlic is pushed through, which makes it much easier to wash than some other presses I have used.
