This shower curtain liner is made of thick clear plastic, you can tell right away that it is of good quality. I change out my shower liner pretty frequently so when I opened this one and hung it up for it to impress me says alot. I will continue to purchase and use this liner specifically. There has not been any discoloration or hard water build up on it as of yet.
