~ What ~
Made of crease-proof kraft cardstock and jute twine, this set has 100 cut-out blank cards with 100 pieces of 8-inch strings. The cards include 25 each white, gray, light blue, and navy. All cards have a precut hole to string the jute through for tying on to a gift. The set arrives in a cellophane bag without instructions, ready for using or gifting.
~ Why ~
This is a fun way to label presents as the colored kraft stock is nice with the top-edge scalloped cut. I like that the cards are not flimsy, making them easy to write on with markers. It helps there is a precut hole for the included string.
~ Why Not ~
Those who do not like tying cards onto presents may not need or want this product, but it makes a gift look elegant and simple. Others may prefer actual cards with envelopes. For some odd reason, the white ones are made of a thicker cardstock than the others so are sturdier.
~ Wish ~
If you think the 8-inch strings are too short for tying, I recommend using thin, colorful ribbons that match the marker’s color for a finished look.
~ Want ~
If you are looking for a simple but cute way to put a nametag on a gift, this kraft set would go nicely with almost any wrapping paper.
Rating: 4.5 of 5 stars due to the different cardstock used.
