main one I got it for is off in its measurement

I got this mainly for the one part that I could do measurements on my own easier and it doesn't measure correctly due to it starting at 2 inches instead of where it is supposed to so the whole thing is off by 2 inches.  I really wanted this too but that retractable measuring tape being off ruined the whole thing for me.  The other retractable was also off by an inch.  I need these to be exact so I know how much I have lost off my body or gained in muscle.  It not measuring correctly was a huge disappointment to me
