First of all, these are a scam. The stuff inside the pads turns black when it comes in contact with moisture. It isn't taking anything out of your body.
But more annoyingly, this actually added MORE stress to my life the next day. It leaves a very large amount of bamboo vinegar on your feet, (and probably other stuff as well but I just know the bamboo vinegar was there,) which leaves them feeling oily and disguating. Worse than that, I've smelled vinegar before and it's pretty bad, but I had never smelled bamboo vinegar until using this product and I cannot even describe how absolutely horrible it smells. I had no idea and I hope I never have to smell that again. I washed my hands and feet multiple times throughout the day and that awful smell just would not leave. I soaked my feet in epsom salt, which did not help. I put baking soda on the soles of my feet and then put on socks and wore them for a few hours to try to get rid of both the smell and the oily residue. Nothing would work. After I showered that night, I put on a thick oatmeal vanilla lotion and socks to sleep. In the morning, they still smelled. It took three days for it to finally go away, and the smell stuck to my clothe and my bedding, so everything had to be washed. It was a terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone try these, or any type of detox foot pad because they are a scam and smell horrible.
