The bucket can be pushed down against the floor to sweep things in, then lifted into an upright position so your crumbs don't fall out. The broom is soft bristled, picking up little dust to big mess, sliding it into the dustpan. There is a clip on the dustpan to hold the broom in place when not in use. The dustpan also has a rubber rim to seal to floor, to ensure you don't miss a crumb!
