The Ultimate, Complete Set for Charcoal Art

Excellent set for novice and advanced artists. The pencils are all labeled with their softness/hardness and they deliver quality results. This set is completely all encompassing, with every tool you would need to finish a charcoal piece of work. Personally, other than the quality of the pencils, I wouldn’t know how to use most of them. But, my son is a published charcoal artist and I purchased this for him. He has been using it for a couple of weeks now and told me ‘Mom, this is a really nice set. I’m impressed you knew what to get me’. It includes the tools necessary to manually sharpen the pencils, if that is your preference. Everything to shade, smudge, do-over. All stored in a canvas, zippered case with elastic holders specific for each item. There is also a sketch pad, which he did not comment on and I did not open, so I can’t speak to the quality.
