I do like these shorts but I had to deduct a star as they are advertised as high waist and then fit more like a low waist. They do keep you cool and dry and they are very comfortable and suitable for most activities but me personally I might not choose them for a yoga class as I might be uncomfortable that in bending my undergarments might end up on show. At home I definitely use them they are lovely. I would recommend the manufacturer add another inch or two to the waistline.
