this WILL work! hangs nicely, even w/ a 9' ceiling, adds a delicate touch. It's kinda like having a tent fort! Cats repect it so far. you don't have to have the net all the way to the floor at the foot of the bed. As long as it is draped over the (your feet area) foot of the bed, your good. Lap the "opening" after you get in. I have heard a few mosquitos the past eves - but NO bites @ night! i live in an area w/ a creek and an irrigation ditch  and experience 60-70 bites/summer. I am outside ALOT, and have to accept X amount of bites during the day. but now, at night in bed -PEACE! You can have it open or rolled up during the day, very flexible. GO THROUGH prime shipping.
