This is a sturdy torch which is very bright. Naturally my nephew turned it on whilst looking straight at it and soon regretted it. On full beam it lights the way ahead beautifully and is ideal for our "Torch Walks" at night. Press the button again and the light flickers on and off with a strobe effect, press again and it does so more slowly sending an SOS signal. The torch is made of meatal and is very robust.
