I love this pillow. Its big and fluffy and comes with extra stuffing in case you need it. The instructions explain how to take out or insert the shreddred memory foam to adjust to your preference. The cover is quilted and also feels nice. My grand daughter decided this one was for her--so I guess I'll be ordering another one for myself!
