Space Saver

Having limited cabinet space, I am always on the lookout for ways to make more room and these do just that.  These colanders collapse easily, but are a little more difficult to expand.  Therefore I recommend making sure this step has been done in advance of straining.  The blue/grey color combination goes together well and keeps hidden any food coloration staining that might apply, but I would love to see these in a range of additional colors for those of us who want everything to match ????.  I would recommend these whether you're in need or additional space or not.
