so I purchased these knives always looking for something to make life a bit easier and these have done the what they are supposed to. Been using for a few weeks and they are by far the sharpest knives I now own. Withstood cutting of most root veg, being thrown in sink etc and still in one piece. Would definitely recommend these knives over some well known brands. You won’t be disappointed.
