I bought this rope in two different lengths. The ropes are idential in terms of function and appearance. I purchased this rope for my husband to use on his boat with his anchor and fishing nets. So far it works well and it does float above the water. I will have to update to see how it works in terms of durability after it has been exposed to various weather and water conditions.
