It was a little smaller than what I thought it was going to be....But, still very cute....It has battery operated lights...That you have to put on yourself...I"m guessing due to shipping.....You can leave it with just the lights or, put on your own decor. I'm using it in a window frame decorated and, it's SUPER CUTE!
