This it almost all inclusive. I used this as part of my party decorationsz it comes on a roll so it’s very easy to unwind and set up. Also included a pair of cheep scissors. They didn’t break but I felt more comfortable using my craft scissors. Overall they gave a pretty nice look to the decorations and even worth saving to use in my daughters room.
