These do work well holding the sheets under the bed, but I got these in particular because I wanted something to clip to my towel in the kitchen so that it would stop falling off onto the floor. It works perfectly for that as well, and I'm sure if you're creative enough you could find even more uses besides those two that I have myself. These are made very well, are very sturdy, I'm very happy with my purchase!
