i have been using these on my hands for about 50 presses on each hand for a couple of days.I will build up to more presses as the time goes on.For the last few years I am very often in alot of pain and as i have a toddler i have to sometimes carry him around so I want to strenghten my hands to be able to manage easier.Some other types of strengtheners i find quite stiff to use but these are just right.
