When I got this in it was wrinkly, but I laid it out and it smoothed out just fine. It holds two bottles of wine very safely and is sturdy enough that I don't have any anxiety carrying it by the handle. Great to keep wine cool, and an excellent idea to put wine in as a gift for Christmas. Love it!
