It's a nice and soft cotton , washes and dries very nicely, and at only $36.99 a very affordable way to decorate your bedroom. Santas all over with Merry Christmas all over the comforters and pillow covers against a Christmas red background makes this all come to life! Because the color red tends to "bleed" in the wash, I washed it separately with a cup of iodized salt and a cup of white distilled vinegar.  I had zero color bleed.
