I've ordered a few waist trainers in the past and this is, by far, my favorite. I like how it focuses on multiple areas, not just the waist. I did have a little difficulty putting it on at first, but it didn't take too long to figure out. The adjustable design allows it to fit perfectly. It can be worn comfortably inside or outside of clothing, though I prefer to wear it outside of my clothing around the house.
