This is such a fun toy. I purchased knowing that already of course. My son and I always get them. So far the quality seems pretty solid.  Is it $15 solid I don't know. I think you can find a better price for the quality or a better quality for the price. Honestly, it's not a crazy price  though because you do get 4 in the pack. The colors are bright. They function as they are supposed to. What more can you ask.
