Great gift for those with small kitchens

We have a small kitchen, which often makes baking difficult. Since we don't have a stand mixer, we often mix and sift by hand. It results in a big mess at times. We were looking for a product that's small enough to store, but prevented flour going everywhere when we sift and subsequently mix it. We thought the price was high initially, but wanted to try this due to the size. The sifter size is perfect and easy to setup. The flour also softed fairly quickly. Definitely recommend for those with small kitchens or avid bakers!
