Interesting Chinese Puerh Tea

The Yan Hou Tang Organic Black Puerh Teais from the Yunnan Province in the mountains of China. It is traditional Chinese Tea.The tea leaves are loose but sink to the bottom of the cup. I wanted to try this tea after reading an outstanding book called "The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane" and I'm glad I did. Part of the book takes place in Nannuo Province where some excellent tea leaves are grown to make Pu'er tea. Pu'er tea may help with weight loss, lowering cholesterol, and may help with sleep quality and other things.
