My daughter is obsessed with mermaids, so I purchased this for her for Christmas. She loves to snuggle up with it on the couch and flap the tail and pretend she's a mermaid. The material is soft and keeps her warm & cozy. My teenage son has even used it a few times to when watching TV b/c it keeps his long legs warm. It was a hit Christmas morning and been well loved since.
