I have a border collie and he is very active but sometimes I need my hands and this wonderful leash it the best. It has plenty of pockets and storage for bags treats and your stuff too wallet,mobile and keys. I am a UK size 14 and my daughter is a UK size 4 and it fits both of us. It does go larger too for you blokes too.
