I'm new to using kitchen scissors and now I don't know how I went without. The scissors themselves work great and I used them to cut chicken skin with ease. The peeler works good as well, and is easy to hold. I especially appreciate the safety latch for storing in my drawer. They say the scissors will not rust and I'm very hopeful that's true.
