When I first got these I was excited because I have a lot of feet issues. I cut them to size. Wasn't hard to do. However when I installed them I thought they would work but they actually made my feet hurt worse. This may work better for flat feet people I'm not sure but it did not help my plantar fasciitis pain what so ever.
