I wore these for about a week, noticed a little bit of difference.
These give you support with your shoes one too..
Nice thick padding, easy to put on and to take off.I wear a size 7.5/8 shoe.
I don't walk around much do to a reaction from medication that I need. So my results would not be the same as someone who walks a lot or are on their feet alot.
