The material is silicone but has a very soft realistic texture.  There is teeth on it which have a slight firm texture but wouldn’t cause any pain.  It does say it comes in different sizes, I wasn’t sure when I ordered so I think I didn’t click one, check sizing before ordering.   Very real, would recommend
