This is a set of 12 colored face paints, one of the colors is a silver sparkle and one is UV glow paint. This face paint set is by Pinky Petals. The set comes in a snap lid pallet to keep them in but each color is removable. The set comes with two brushes one thin line and another small regular paint brush. The colors go on easy and don't feel sticky. I drew a heart on my hand and once it dried about 5 minutes I was able to take my fingers and rub across the heart and it does...n't smug. There is no smell to this face paint. The colors are vibrant. The paint is great not only does it not smug but when taking it off it just washes off I used soap and cold water and it came right off without having to scrub.
