This is a great product and a fantastic alternative to a pricy vacuum sealing system for sous vide cooking. I'm obsessed with Sous Vide and these bags with the suction tool is great! I don't want to have to buy a full size machine to air-seal the bags. This system really does the trick!Used it on storing kale after I take out the stems. Seems to do the trick. Next will be cut up apples for snacks at work to keep them from browning.
