This has a very good quality machine. The vibrations are strong which I like the most in getting rid of tired and achy muscles plus knots. The different attachments for different parts of the body. It's quite heavy which some may not like but for me, it helps with the massaging effect as you don't force to get in those achy muscles. Very good value for money.
