Way Too Small & There is No Activated Carbon as the Title Says

First I want to give the actual title of the item as it was when I ordered it, because I see the title has changed now.  It said "Hi-crazystore Black Respirator Mask Dust proof Mask With Filtered Activated Carbon Filtration Exhaust Gas Anti Pollen Allergy PM2.5 Half Face Mask."  It didn't say for child or small size or anything like that.   I now see that they've apparently updated the title so it says "for kid".  So it does not fit me.  Not even close.  Even though it's got an adjustable velcro strap, the strap is just not long enough to fit around my head.  So this would be for a very petite adult or a kid.  But I didn't mark it down because of that.  I gave it 3 stars because I'm really not too sure about how well the filtration is going to be.  I hate misleading titles and I'm annoyed that it says "activated carbon" right in the title, but there's no activated carbon anywhere that I can see.  The first thing you see is the white face piece on the inside that acts as a filter, and that's just some sort of white fabric.  And the white piece is only held on by the vent pieces, it doesn't have anything to form it to your face, other than being between your skin and the black outer fabric.  And when I opened and removed the little knob things where the vent holes are, I hoped to see some kind of carbon filter, but it was just a tiny piece of the same white fabric. But I do see that the revised title leaves out the words "Activated carbon" so I'm guessing I'm not the first person to notice there is no activated carbon.   It says the filters are washable and also replaceable, and they're fairly easy to get off and back on.  They're pretty thin, so not sure how many times they'd stand up to being washed.  I do see some replacement filters for sale on the same listing, but as add-on's.  So all in all, I guess maybe this could be used by someone who runs or cycles, to protect their face from dust and pollen, but I wouldn't use it for anything else.  A child or petite adult.  I'm glad they've fixed the errors in their title, but that leaves those of us who purchased it thinking it was for an adult and that it contained the protection of activated carbon out of luck.  The tags attached to it have a lot to say, but it's not in English, so I'm not sure exactly what the actual 'claims' are.  I mean, it's not that expensive, so I can't say I wouldn't recommend it.  Just wanted to be sure future buyers know just what they're getting.
