My son won't stop using this

It is amazing how many coffee mugs we go through in our home. My boys love to use them, whether we have regular glasses and cups or not. But I don't think I have ever seen my son get as excited about a mug as he has about this one.   In this package you get one self stirring mug. It is made of stainless steel and plastic. (I assume that is what they are made of, since I honestly do not know since it is not listed on anything.) It has a cap on the top tha can pop on and off, with a drinking hole in it. There is no sealing cap or anything like that to help you prevent spilling or to keep things from falling in to the opening. But it is not huge, so won't be too problematic. It also has a twist on bottom that allows you to put the batteries in. It takes 3 triple A batteries to power it up. There is a button on the handle that makes the small spinner in the bottom of the mug spin.   A few thoughts on using it... - you need at least 1/4 cup of liquid in the bottom to make the spinner actually swirl and stir it. - watch out that you don't have too much powder in it or you will find it gets clumped around the spinner and will have to use something to break it loose to free the spinner - if you fill the cup too full it takes a bit of time to get the spinner moving all the way up for mixing purposes but it does work - give it time - be sure the cap is all the way on when you press the button or you splatter and spray droplets everywhere   My son is thrilled to have his mug. This is actually our second mug we have tried. The first mug only worked for a short time - long enough for me to see it worked, him to get home and find out how much he liked it, then it died before we did our video. But the seller was super understanding and sent out another one immediately for us. I am very pleased at their response and would have no problem seeking them out once more.   I am hoping this is not a flaw in the mug that caused it to not work after a few tries. I am hoping that it was just a bad mug that we had. But we shall see if it continues to  work for us long term.
