Super quality!

I have to be honest, I ordered these stainless steel plates because they will fit in the bottom of my air fryer-- I wanted to use them to spare a bit of cleanup when heating and cooking things-- and they work fantastically for that!  They fit right in and my kabob trivet sits right on top of them as a bonus.  When they arrived I was surprised at how thick and sturdy they are-- at 8" they make a handy sandwich or snack/salad plate- I use them for all sorts of things now where a big dinner plate is too much.  They clean up in the dishwasher no problem.  There is an insignia stamped in the center, a shield type emblem which is raised.  So far it hasn't made it harder to clean or anything, but if you were looking for something with a perfectly smooth finish on the bottom it might make a difference.  For myself I love that they can do double duty as baking sheets in the air fryer and toaster oven!
