I've been taking one of these a day for 6 days and I have found that I haven't been feeling the need to eat after my tea. I have been eating the same meals as usual but where I usually snack at night, I haven't wanted to all week so I have suprised myself. I am happy to keep taking them and looking forward to seeing the results in 3 months time.
