This is a really good individual first aid kit (ifak). I was looking for something more robust than my current IFAK and this fits the bill. Still compact enough for camping and especially hiking but contains 180 various first aid units. Its a pretty complete kit, I only added some additional ointments and some moleskin for blisters. All fits nicely into a carry case. Great kit.
