worth a try

like anything new was not very sure about it so i started to take them . It did fill me up i took 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. i take the tablet with just water the tablet is not to big works well with water . i have only had them for just over a week,but i do feel full of beans after taking them.it did suppress my appetite after taking them i feel full .so that side works well as to loosing any weight it far to early to say yet. my other comment would be please make the print a little bigger so people can read what you have in the tablet . absolutely no side effects and I'm feeling good full of energy
