This bundt pan by #MZCH is the perfect size(7 inches in diameter) for a nice family dessert. It's made of carbon steel and it is non stick. I made a nice pound cake and flipped it over and it came out great. I then sliced it and added fresh strawberry puree and topped it off w whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices . The presentation was terrific. This pan cleaned up very easily and I look forward to using this pan for several types of desserts. Even a chocolate lava cake and an orange creamsicle cake. I would buy a few more to give as gifts but I'd have to do it as a gift basket as these didn't come in a nice gift box, not even a brown solid box. It was wrapped well in bubble wrap and then placed in a gray plastic sealed bag. Not pretty for gift giving, so I'd need to take it out of the wrapping (leaving on the bubble wrap) and place in a box or remove the entire packaging and bubble wrap and place it as the center of attention in a gift basket w/ some baking utensils (perhaps a spatuinchela, and a spoon) and a box of cake mix. I do love the pan and highly recommend it.
