So this is a pretty fancy looking piece of equipment. It just hooks onto any pan and basically turns it into a smart device by giving you control over temperature and time which is different from typical grilling or stovetop experiences
Looking up recipes was interesting but I settled on a traditional burger. Everyone kept refwenwcing how much better these were since they are cooked at the perfect temperature. I didn't think it would make that big of a difference but I was very surprised. Not to mention it was really nice not having to keep an eye on this stuff and just coming back to it when it ready. After that a quick grill for some color and we are ready to eat. It's really nice if you work full time like I do and have kids. It allowed things to be a little less hectic and I even got two minutes to relax which I never get that early.
