I love fresh Garlic! But I hate Peeling it and Cutting it up. Well now I can use the peeler to quickly peel all of them at one time. Just place in the roll and roll on a hard surface. All of the garlic cloves are easily removed from their casings. Then just put a few in the Mincer/Crusher and squeeze. It really does a great job!
