Love this thing!
As someone who is pretty active and doesn't take time to stretch after workouts; this percussive muscle massager is a god send!
I can sit on the sofa watching TV and use this to help recovery or if I woke up super sore from a workout the day before; I would use this to help recover before working out for the day.
I definitely think this has help me a lot with avoiding injuries for sure!
The carrying kit is great and makes it easy to have everything in one spot. The battery life is amazing and I only charge it about 1x per week.
The attachments are great to fine tune the massage
10/10 would recommend to anyone!
