This is a great find for here where bread is the rule of the table. I really like the wooden grip on here as it is very nice to have something to hold onto while mixing up pastries or bread.  I used this to even make a batch of pancakes and it was great to be able to have right on hand.  I can see these having a very long engagement in my kitchen.
