my sons preschool recommended the more expensive fiskar version, but the store was out of stock so i figured wed try these. Theyre perfect. the tip is blunt but he blades themselves are sharp. the little switch really helps the little ones with learning how to use the scissors, but you can flip it off as well. We kept some for home and shared the rest with my sons school.
