I wanted to love this...

I wanted to love this, but I don't unfortunately. I bought this for my chinchilla, Pepper, and I thought that she would love it! I was right, she does, but only to use it as a stepping stone to jump on out of it. It's not very sturdy and is hard to get into the case, which sucks and makes it inconvenient to move. I wish it was more sturdy and provided a bit more protection to the small animals that use it. Not only that, but I assume that my chinchilla can definitely chew through the material that it is made of.
