This came in a sealed bag. The material is so soft and it's thin enough that you can breath through it. My son always wears a cap and this needs to worn with a cap to get the full effect. My son was estatic to get this. It helps keep the cold out and it's just fun to wear. Everyone that sees it makes a comment and wants to know where he got it. Love this.
