My husband and my nephew need it absolutely dark when they are trying to sleep. So of course, sleep masks are a must. I like to use them on long car trips. THis one just seemed so cool, I really wanted to try it out. I will say, it is a little bulky. And it is much heavier than other eye masks I have used in the past. I do like the bluetooth technology it has, but im not sure its very practical unless you are alone. You might disturb other people. But, it does block out light very well. Overall, not a bad product, just a little weird.
