This is a very nice looking hematite and beaded bracelet. The beads look like tiger eye beads but don't think they are genuine stones for this price. As to whether it's therapeutic for arthritis I personally have not experienced any improvement though others have sworn by it. The bracelet runs small but I have a small wrist so for me this works well. If you have a wrist of about 7 inches or less this should fit fine. At $9.60 this bracelet is priced right .
